Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients in crisis, utilizing clinical interview and collateral provider contact when necessary.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including safety and crisis planning, to ensure client well-being.
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation services as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document service delivery activities and maintain accurate records.
- Master's degree in a clinical field (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field) with licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or active pursuit of licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Satisfactory CORI background check.
