Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients in crisis, utilizing clinical interview and collateral provider contact when necessary.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including safety and crisis planning, to ensure client well-being.
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation services as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document service delivery activities and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a clinical field (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field) with licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or active pursuit of licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Satisfactory CORI background check.
