Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist - Addiction Recovery to join our team at UMass Memorial Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting eligibility screenings, comprehensive intake and follow-up assessments, and developing treatment plans for clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic and risk assessments to determine appropriate levels of care
  • Develop and implement behaviorally oriented treatment plans
  • Provide individual counseling and assist clients in attaining treatment goals
  • Document service delivery and progress in accordance with department standards

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health
  • Licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or active pursuit of licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Ability to perform diagnostic and risk assessments using current accepted tools and practices
  • Ability to develop and implement treatment plans that are behaviorally oriented, measurable, and appropriate for the identified level of care

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual preferred
  • A minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or addiction
