Position Overview:
The Clinical Outreach Specialist serves as the key liaison for driving demand by implementing marketing strategies and advocating for Vein Clinics of America.

This role requires effective communication of in-depth clinical knowledge regarding our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Vein Clinics of America services by engaging with healthcare providers through in-person visits, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Distribute clinical materials and marketing resources to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Generate leads by reaching out to physician offices and healthcare organizations.
- Follow up with physicians to collect feedback and address inquiries.
- Provide approved information regarding Vein Clinics of America services to physicians.
- Relay feedback to sales management concerning customer requests, promotional responses, and service-related issues.

Expectations:
- Achieve territory sales goals by executing the Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, which encompass delivering branded sales messages, implementing planned programs, scheduling and following up on medical educational initiatives, and meeting or surpassing sales targets.

- Responsible for maintaining the necessary activity levels, servicing, and managing accounts effectively.

- Offer insights on marketing strategies, assess the effectiveness of sales activities, and conduct territory analysis, while collaborating with management to develop territory plans.

- Attend community and networking events as required to represent the organization and its services.

- Participate actively in mandatory meetings, including internal growth discussions, staff meetings, and community events.

- Foster collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues to contribute positively to the team's goals and create a supportive work environment.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in outside sales, business development, or similar roles is essential. Background in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is advantageous.
- General medical knowledge, particularly related to our facility's services, treatment options, and equipment, is required.
- Willingness to travel is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skills are essential.
- Familiarity with CRM and activity reporting software is a plus.
- Proven ability to achieve business results effectively.
- Ability to articulate ideas and data clearly in both verbal and written formats.
- Capacity to establish and maintain contact with prospective and current referring providers.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of appointments, sales, calls, and follow-ups.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently.
