Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team in West Palm Beach. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the open enrollment process for a large governmental office project that will last several months.

  • This includes processing retirement savings plans (457b, 401a, 401k, etc.), FRS, DROP, as well as retiree and active benefits – medical, dental, vision, life insurance.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • You will perform extensive data entry duties, meet with employees to review plans, scan and upload paperwork, and communicate by phone with employees and vendors.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with open enrollment processing for an employer larger than 100 employees is required.
  • Knowledge of Oracle systems and proficiency in Word, Excel, and HRIS Benefits software are also essential.
