Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years of experience in leading, managing, and mentoring a production workforce.
- High School Diploma required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Key Duties:
- Oversee the daily refurbishment operations of damaged pallets.
- Ensure team members adhere to company standards for safety, security, and productivity.
- Conduct interviews, select, and train new employees.
- Inspire and develop your team for enhanced performance and growth.
- Manage work schedules and assignments for shipping and receiving.
- Supervise the verification of outgoing and incoming freight for accuracy.
- Assist in performing physical inventories and quality assessments.
- Oversee all repair and inspection tasks to guarantee quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Mechanic to maintain an effective maintenance program.
- Prepare and keep accurate records and reports on daily production metrics.
- Ensure timely preparation and maintenance of all production-related records and reports.
