Sales Team Leader for Growth

This role brings an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Sales Team Leader to join Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in our Mountain West Region.
The company provides a Salary Exempt position with a competitive salary of $130,000 to $150,000 per annum.
Job OverviewWe are seeking an influential sales leader to drive the sales team's performance and achieve aggressive sales goals.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of cultivating a strong hunter sales force and leading strategic national sales plans to align with Corporate and Branch goals.
The role involves managing a team of outside Sales Representatives, analyzing sales and customer data, and developing sales plans and strategies to resolve negative sales trends.
The Sales Team Leader will also be responsible for managing staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA Degree in Marketing/Business and 5 to 10 years' experience managing a sales team within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Building Products industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develops, implements, and leads strategic national sales plans to align with Corporate and Branch goals.
- Applies advanced knowledge of direct marketing practices to ensure sales executives are focused and achieve their stated goals.
- Manages staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
- Manages sales activity and coordinates sales by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Represents the company at trade association meetings and shows.
- Meets with key clients, assists Outside Sales Representatives with maintaining relationships, and negotiating and closing deals.
- Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Monitors and manages CRM (experience preferably Zoho) and Sales rep utilization.
- Recommends or approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for the sales team.
