At Hemline, we're seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead our retail teams and drive store performance. With over 30 locations across the country, we offer a unique shopping experience that's tailored to our customers' needs.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager at Hemline, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and team motivation
    • Develop and implement sales techniques to drive revenue growth
    • Manage client relationships and applications to maximize sales opportunities
  • Customer Experience:
    • Create a welcoming and engaging store environment that fosters long-term customer loyalty
    • Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
    • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement changes accordingly
  • Operations:
    • Ensure accurate inventory management and control
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
    • Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling and security procedures
  • Merchandising / Visual:
    • Ensure the store's visual merchandising reflects the brand's standards and vision
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform buying decisions and optimize product offerings
    • Implement in-store displays and promotions to drive sales and engage customers
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience:
      • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
      • Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service
    • Skills and Qualifications:
      • Excellent communication and leadership skills
      • Ability to work in a team environment and motivate staff
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Familiarity with POS software and inventory management systems
    What We Offer
    • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
