Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, assigning rooms and verifying credit information
  • Manage guest accounts, compute bills, and collect payments
  • Perform bookkeeping activities, including balancing cash accounts and posting charges
  • Review accounts and charges with guests during check-out
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to resolve guest issues
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of guest messages, mail, and faxes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred
