About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project objectives
  • Develop and maintain schedules for subcontractors and material vendors
  • Hire additional subcontractors as needed and assign work accordingly
  • Maintain a daily log for job site operations and report to management as necessary

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Travel Requirements:
