The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team and generate momentum with innovative financial product builders. This role involves navigating complex deals, becoming an expert in our products and differentiation, and helping us improve our go-to-market motion.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate pipeline and lead the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
- Become a thought partner to prospects and customers, helping them solve existential problems for their business.
- 4+ years of sales closing experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling complex, high ACV deals and tech companies or financial services/fintech companies.
- Creative problem-solving skills, proven experience navigating ambiguous environments, and establishing processes in a fast-paced organization.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision plans, 401k plan, flexible time-off policy, paid parental leave, catered lunches and dinners, commuter benefits, and regular team building events. Our annual OTE range for this position is $140,000 - $220,000, based on your skill sets, experience, location, and other business needs.
