Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Financial Manager to join our team. As the Corporate Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who can effectively manage the financial operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of corporate accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Oversee the organization's inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, recording, and reconciliation of stock levels
  • Analyze demand patterns, forecast future needs, and implement strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing excess inventory
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations and inventory management
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to place and track orders, ensuring timely replenishment of stock
  • Monitor and analyze expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
  • Provide guidance and support to the Executive team
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Analyze financial data for budget variances and provide insight to management on what is driving large variances
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Financial Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and governmental accounting standards
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and financial acumen
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
