Key Responsibilities- Assess prospectuses for compliance with the law and work on initiatives to promote fair, orderly and transparent capital markets.
- Administer the Singapore Take-over Code to ensure an efficient market for corporate control as well as equal treatment of all shareholders.
- Undertake regular reviews of the rules and regulations governing corporate fund-raising as well as take-overs and mergers, taking into account market developments and international trends.
- Relevant experience or degree in Business, Accountancy, Law or Financial Economics.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to work at both conceptual and operational levels.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
- Natural inquisitiveness and ability to be creative in problem-solving.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
