Cloud Partner Success Manager

We are seeking a Cloud Partner Success Manager to drive cloud revenue growth and report directly under the Channel Unit Manager.

This role will focus on working with dedicated partners to increase the adoption of new services, retain and create a best-in-class partner experience, and drive successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make a territory analysis and plan for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners.
  • Align with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities for channel enablement.
  • Enable new partners' growth with Acronis sales and marketing tools and programs.
  • Drive successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives with partners.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers on the partner side.
  • Support new partners on a daily basis on business and technology development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, Channel sales/Partner account manager/Channel development position within a software vendor.
  • In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills.
  • Native/fluent English (additional French would be an advantage).
