About the Role

Select is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Service Development Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences to our clients.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing suite of marketing technology products and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive creative outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across Accounts, Creative, Product, Production, and Finance teams.
  • Manage support inquiries and facilitate resolution or escalations.
  • Engage clients using Select's marketing technology products.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who values collaboration and feedback.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Professional and proactive communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading presentations and onboarding training calls virtually.
