Job Summary:
This Administrative Support Specialist role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation of our home care services. As a valued member of our team, you will provide top-notch administrative support, working closely with our staff to deliver exceptional results.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to guest inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and managing day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinating appointments and scheduling training sessions
- Supporting the maintenance of our facility, including ordering supplies and managing inventory

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with Amazon fulfillment and Quickbooks would be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $14-$16 per hour, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
