Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Loan Assistant to join our team at Grand Pacific Financing Corp. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our loan officers in reviewing loan applications and collecting necessary documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of loan applications to ensure they meet minimum standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with borrowers to collect required information and verify documents provided.
  • Prepare comprehensive loan summaries and assist in coordinating internal parties involved in the loan application process.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor to ensure seamless loan processing.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
