Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused TSC Representative to join our team at F & A Federal Credit Union. As a TSC Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering a high volume of calls, and assisting with account maintenance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a large volume of incoming calls in a positive and professional manner.
  • Perform a multitude of account functions such as inquiries, transfer requests, loan payments, line of credit advances, and wire requests.
  • Assist members with Online Banking product or service requests.
  • Complete all required training within the designated timeframe and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to be bonded and retain status.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of similar or related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver courteous, friendly, and professional service.
  • Ability to evaluate, plan, and prioritize work effectively and independently.
