Job Title: HVAC Service Manager

Atlas Trillo is part of a national service leader, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our growing team. As an HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for directing and leading HVAC Service Technician strategies for the branch, including defining, implementing, and monitoring team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the service staff, including hiring, terminating, and disciplining employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments to ensure production is completed.
  • Evaluate the workload and schedule service to maximize profits.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and conduct job site surveys.
  • Create and manage budgets.
  • Ensure that materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs and schedule repairs for parts to minimize downtime in job completion.
  • Generate reports and measures of departmental operations, as well as records on all inventory, tools, and vehicles.
  • Review payroll records to ensure technicians are paid properly.
  • Oversee facility and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required with 6-8 years of experience in a service industry company. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • HVAC industry experience/knowledge required.
  • Management experience required with a track record of success.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong leadership, communications, computer, and mathematical skills.
