#### Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* A minimum of 2+ years of experience in plumbing project management, preferably in the construction industry.
* Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, heating, and cooling principles.
* Strong understanding of commercial HVAC applications.
* Proven experience with project scheduling and management.
* Familiarity with take off procedures and calculations.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in using computer software and applications related to HVAC design and project management.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
