This pivotal role involves managing all facets of commercial construction initiatives. As the Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, profitably, and safely, while consistently meeting or surpassing client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess project needs and allocate resources accordingly.
- Oversee the construction timeline, organization, and task assignments.
- Develop and monitor project financial plans.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Foster relationships and establish communication channels with essential stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings to address any concerns or challenges.
- Guarantee adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Facilitate the project closeout process effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline, with 4 to 6 years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing projects valued between $1-10 million or higher.
- A minimum of 7 years in the construction sector.
- Exhibit strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
