Nurse Manager - Med Surg - General Post Op Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Med-Surg unit, focusing on General Post-Operative care. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of recent leadership experience in an acute care setting, preferably within the Med-Surg unit.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to establish patient care standards.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
The successful candidate will have strong clinical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of current healthcare trends and regulatory standards.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary: $36.42 - $45.52 per hour (determined by years of experience)
