Clinical Senior Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Senior Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at The Dorm LCSW PLLC. As a Clinical Senior Therapist, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment to young adults and contributing to our mission of making a difference in the mental health community.
Responsibilities:- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients and family members as applicable.
- Conduct Bio-Psycho-Social Assessments and comprehensive intakes of all prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date charts that meet the expectations and standards outlined in The Dorm's Policy and Procedure manual.
- Participate in weekly supervision with the Clinical Director, tri-weekly group supervision, and co-facilitator supervision as indicated by the direct supervisor.
- Responsible for at least 25 hours of clinical work per week.
- Provide clinical individual supervision to student interns and consulting staff as called upon by the Clinical Director.
- Participate in On-Call weekly coverage system on a rotating basis up to four times per year.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related program in psychology required.
- State licensure in social work or counseling required.
- The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of related experience in a clinical setting with adolescents or young adults.
- Competitive salaries between $75,000 and $85,000 (based on background/experience).
