Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our nonprofit clients. You will work closely with our sales team to onboard new clients, provide training and support, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • Provide white-glove customer service to our nonprofit clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of support and service.

  • Onboard new clients, including sending and acquiring new client applications, coordinating with merchant acquirers, and updating Salesforce.

  • Perform phone, webinar, and onsite training for newly acquired clients on processing tools and reporting.

  • Provide phone and email support for high-profile clients.

  • Analyze, research, and resolve account issues, including account reconciliation, equipment/gateway/integration troubleshooting, and refund requests.

  • Initiate maintenance requests and ensure account changes are completed to specification.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or HS/GED and 6 years of relevant experience.

  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service.

  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Bankcard industry experience.

  • Salesforce experience.

  • A passion for the nonprofit sector.

  • Ability to develop a strong rapport with internal and external partners.

  • Strong presentation skills with an ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Maintain an above-average knowledge of payment processing and workflow.

  • Excellent track record of hitting goals and deadlines.

  • Out-of-the-box thinker who can proactively identify issues and find creative solutions.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
