Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Assistant to the Minority Owner and Founder of United Global Technologies, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company.
You will be responsible for managing the Founder's calendar, coordinating travel logistics, and handling all incoming and outgoing communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for the Founder, managing their calendar and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks to ensure the Founder's day runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items to meet deadlines.
- Manage personal and business tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and organizing files.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
