Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to lead the creation and implementation of in-store marketing events within major retailers. This role will be responsible for project development, budget management, execution monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event programs, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage client and retailer relationships to ensure successful execution
  • Monitor and adjust project budgets and billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure deliverables are met
  • Communicate project KPIs to stakeholders throughout the business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the CPG industry, sales and marketing agency, or customer/client relations
  • Possess negotiation, project management, and research, analysis, and presentation skills
  • Creative thinker and self-starter who can handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present to large and small groups in a variety of settings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
