About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Diamond Medical Recruiting LLC. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for performing behavioral assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans to address conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
- Monitor and analyze behavior data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and behavior plans.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration and open communication.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring effective implementation of behavior plans.
Requirements:
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Active license.
- SC State residency required.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- High organizational skills.
- Effective and compassionate communication skills.
Benefits:
- Part-time (1-3 days per week) or full-time hours per week.
- Pay Level: $60-$70 per hour.
- Benefits for full-time: Health insurance and PTO.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-5 for full-time.
