We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Verbal Beginnings. As a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to children diagnosed with autism.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT)/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing ABA therapy sessions to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills
  • Collecting and recording data to monitor progress and update treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborating with the clinical supervisor to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help children with autism achieve their goals
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) preferred
  • Experience working with children
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
