Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our Daiso USA team in the United States. As a key contributor to our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales targets.
About the Role- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, including shelving, displays, and back stock areas.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and returns.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, restocking shelves, and creating attractive displays.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Previous retail experience; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- $38,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and location.
