About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Supervisor to join our team as a Strategic Team Leader. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the employee experience by managing leave programs, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion Employee Well-being: Lead the administration of leave programs (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation), providing compassionate support during life events
  • Ensure Compliance & Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to harmonize HR processes and maintain detailed compliance with relevant laws
  • Lead with Heart: Manage, coach, and empower a team of Case Managers to deliver outstanding service to employees
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing in-house leave of absence, accommodation processes, and teams, leading and mentoring a team
