About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ACCS Clinician to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals with mental illness or dual diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans using person-centered planning.
  • Build relationships with individuals served and develop shared understanding of their goals and the steps necessary to achieve them.
  • Collaborate with care coordination entities, emergency service providers, outpatient clinics, and other providers/entities to ensure the needs of the individual are fully met.
  • Conduct individual sessions, facilitate support groups, and treatment planning meetings with individuals served.
  • Provide clinical consultation and training to staff on the integrated team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in a Social Services field with current licensure or license eligibility.
  • Previous experience working with adults with mental health challenges.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

At Open Sky Community Services, we offer a competitive compensation model, with salaries ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on current licensure and experience. We also offer:
