About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ACCS Clinician to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals with mental illness or dual diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Comprehensive Assessments and Individualized Treatment Plans using Person-Centered Planning.
  • Build relationships with individuals served and develop shared understanding of Person's goals and the steps necessary to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with applicable Care Coordination Entities, Emergency Service Providers, outpatient clinics, and other providers/entities to share information and ensure that the needs of the person are fully met.
  • Conduct individual sessions, facilitate support groups and treatment planning meetings with individuals served.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree in Social Services field, experience working with adults with mental health challenges, a valid drivers license, and acceptable driving record.

At Open Sky Community Services, we offer a competitive compensation model for clinicians, with salaries ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 based on current licensure and experience.
