Business Development Executive

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar leadership role, preferably within the industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or manufacturing sectors.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business development plan to drive market expansion and increase revenue for the industrial refrigeration division.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Market analysis and research to identify key industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Lead generation and sales through targeted outreach, industry events, and leveraging existing networks
- Client relationship management to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
As a seasoned professional, you will also oversee contract negotiations, ensure terms are favorable to the company, and provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and results.
