Main Responsibilities:- Analyze Market Trends to inform business development strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive market expansion and increase revenue.
- Build Strong Client Relationships and drive business growth through innovative solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs and align with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar leadership role, preferably within the industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of industrial refrigeration technologies, systems, and applications.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development in a technical or industrial setting.
- $120,000 - $160,000 base salary and uncapped bonus structure.
