About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Admitting Representative to join our team at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient access processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and verify patient demographic and insurance information
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve patient access issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
  • National Certification of CHAA upon hire
  • At least 3 years of experience in Patient Access or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and Epic applications
