Position Overview:
This role involves overseeing the Primary Care Directorate, ensuring optimal healthcare delivery across various facilities. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 100 direct reports and will report to the Assistant Chief Medical Executive for Ambulatory Care.

1. **Patient Care Management:** Lead the Patient Care Aligned Team across multiple clinics, including the main facility and community-based outpatient clinics.
2. **Strategic Planning:** Contribute to the strategic planning, budgeting, and operational policies to enhance healthcare services.
3. **Program Evaluation:** Utilize analytical frameworks to assess and improve integrated programs, ensuring alignment with clinical and administrative goals.
4. **Quality Assurance:** Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction scores to drive continuous improvement.
5. **Ethical Leadership:** Address complex ethical issues affecting patients and staff, fostering a culture of integrity and respect.
