Chief of Staff Opportunity at Caribou Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at Caribou Services. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving internal communications, managing complex projects, and ensuring the alignment of our vision with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic planning and goal setting alongside the CEO and senior leadership team
  • Manage complex projects and critical initiatives, defining objectives, establishing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring progress to ensure successful outcomes
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as they arise, filling gaps in capacity and taking on strategic assignments as needed
  • Gather and analyze data, assess market trends, and provide insights and recommendations to inform key decision-making processes
  • Own senior leadership and board meetings, ensuring meeting effectiveness and preparedness, driving follow-through, and improving decision-making processes
Requirements:
  • Top-tier MBA preferred, or equivalent additional experience, with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Highly analytical and critical thinker with strong project management skills and a love for the details
  • Ability to anticipate future needs and trends, streamline operations, and enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Ability to build trust and partnerships at all levels of the organization
