Facilities Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Atlanta Public Schools. As a key member of our facilities operations department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our maintenance managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and providing clerical support to our maintenance teams.

About the Role
We are offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality services to our students and community.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to maintenance managers and other staff members
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
* Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and copying
* Assist with purchasing and procurement processes
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Lawson software
