Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Operations Manager to join our team at Vectour Group. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities while leading a team of cleaning staff.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Cleaning Responsibilities: Oversee the cleaning of various areas, including facilities, shops, office spaces, and bathrooms.
  • Flexible Work Schedule: Be willing to work flexible hours and days, which may include nights and weekends, to monitor and coordinate cleaning crews effectively.
