Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of Associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of merchandise, including receiving, stocking, and displaying
  • Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the backroom and sales floor
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates to ensure seamless execution of store operations
  • Participate in inventory management and control processes to minimize shrinkage and maximize sales
  • Support and promote credit and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
  • Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
