Job Title: Sales Manager

Buddys Home Furnishing is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and maintain customers through effective sales strategies and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes
  • Manage inventory and cash assets to optimize sales and profitability
  • Prepare and review store reports to inform business decisions
  • Implement sales and marketing programs to drive revenue growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
  • Two years' experience in sales, customer service, or retail management
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in POS systems and able to learn new technology quickly
Working Conditions:

The Sales Manager will work in a retail environment, interacting with customers and sales team members. The position requires prolonged standing, driving, and lifting of merchandise.
