Job Opportunity at National Counseling Group

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team at National Counseling Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of improving lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records in accordance with licensing and Medicaid standards.
  • Provide crisis intervention and case management services to assigned caseload.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans in collaboration with clients and relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct team meetings to ensure all relevant input is incorporated into Individual Service Plan development.
  • Deliver trauma-informed, person-centered, psychosocial, and psychoeducational interventions to achieve treatment goals.
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling and therapy services in accordance with approved credentialing and skill set.
  • Facilitate individual and family sessions to address identified goals.
  • Document all treatment activities, including phone calls.
  • Maintain ongoing and consistent communication with affiliated case professionals, including school, criminal/juvenile justice, social services, MCO/Payor, and other mental health providers.
  • Provide formal case updates and presentations to professionals in various settings.
