Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage financial documentation utilizing accounting software.
  • Supervise supply chain processes and inventory management, ensuring precise tracking and reporting.
  • Compile and monitor material expenses from initial orders to final products.
  • Document incoming raw material purchases.
  • Integrate landing costs into work-in-progress calculations.
  • Evaluate cost data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in establishing reorder thresholds.
  • Conduct inventory assessments and assist with stock counts at the end of each month and year.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing to guarantee accurate inventory valuations.
  • Develop and formalize workflow procedures for inventory accounting practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in supply chain management or a degree in a related field such as Accounting, Finance, or Inventory Management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software is essential.
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheet applications, including the ability to construct complex data models.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
