Position Summary:
The Heavy-Duty Parts Sales Specialist will be integral to our Parts Department. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, managing retail transactions, and overseeing inventory levels. If you have a passion for heavy-duty trucks and enjoy engaging with customers, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Sales Management:
Direct the complete parts sales process, from initial inquiries to final sales.
Work closely with the parts manager to source parts that may not be readily available.
Efficiently handle special-order requests for parts.

Customer Interaction:
Ensure clear and prompt communication with customers regarding parts availability and order status.
Provide courteous and professional support to both internal teams and external clients.

Inventory Oversight:
Regularly assess stock levels in storage and on display.
Assist in restocking the sales floor as necessary.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in heavy-duty parts sales is advantageous.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor and a solid work ethic.
