Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate psychosocial services for patients
  • Develop and revise treatment plans, including discharge plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Provide psychoeducation and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to advance patient care
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required
  • Current Minnesota Board of Social Work Un-Restricted License (LGSW or LICSW)
  • 2+ years of experience in a mental health setting preferred
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families strongly preferred
