About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to join our team at Presbyterian Homes & Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing clinical staff and programs to ensure high-quality resident care and services.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Licensed Social Worker to blend housing, healthcare, and hospitality for residents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long-term operational goals and objectives.
  • Supervise RNs, LPNs, and Medication Assistants to ensure excellent care and services.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Administrator to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with current licensure in the state(s) of practice.
  • Two to three years of management experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
