Exciting Culinary Position at Tap Room

We are seeking a talented Culinary Specialist to join our vibrant kitchen team. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook a variety of delectable dishes that will satisfy our valued patrons.

If you possess a genuine enthusiasm for crafting exceptional dining experiences with high-quality cuisine, you may be the ideal candidate. With previous cooking experience, you are adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. A ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure cleanliness in food preparation areas to uphold safety standards
  • Check food and ingredients for freshness and quality, managing stock rotation effectively
  • Cook and store food at appropriate temperatures
  • Prepare and season dishes according to established recipes
  • Address guest feedback promptly and professionally
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a cook in a dining establishment
  • ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to lift over 30 lbs
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
