Leadership: Reports to the Chef, Sous Chef, and Banquet Chef

Purpose: Contribute to the maintenance of a pristine and organized kitchen atmosphere. Work diligently to support culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors at all times.
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness for various dishes and trays.
  • Prepare tableware for washing and polishing processes.
  • Keep all cooking tools and work surfaces immaculate.
  • Assist in preparations for banquets and special events.
  • Efficiently operate the dishwasher while monitoring soap and rinse levels.
  • Organize kitchen storage and equipment for optimal accessibility.
  • Properly dispose of waste and recyclables.
  • Support in cleaning and preparing vegetables.
  • Break down and recycle packaging materials appropriately.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a kitchen setting is advantageous but not essential. Ability to follow directions accurately.
