The Mansion at Rosemont, a proud member of the HumanGood community, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Specialist to enhance our team.

Position Overview:
This role entails a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM. The compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $22 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, the Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing semi-skilled tasks related to the daily and preventive maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building systems and equipment. This includes:

  • Plumbing
  • Electrical work
  • Roofing
  • Flooring
  • Masonry
  • Painting
  • Mechanical tasks
  • Carpentry

Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of experience in building maintenance or construction
  • Strong coordination skills for skilled and semi-skilled movements
  • The ability to perform medium to heavy physical work, including walking, standing, sitting, or driving
  • Proficiency in operating various hand and power tools

Preferred Experience:
Experience working with senior populations is highly valued.
