Microsoft Technology Specialist

Logic Choice Business Technologies is seeking a skilled Microsoft Technology Specialist to join our team.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft technology, with a focus on network service and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving computer network issues in a timely manner, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remediate initial support calls from clients
- Escalate service calls to the appropriate department or individual when necessary
- Configure and install network devices and services, including RMM tools
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades as required
- Collaborate with vendors, co-workers, and clients to resolve issues
- Participate in a rotational on-call team support schedule
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with current Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Experience with Routers/Firewalls/Switches, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 setup and migrations
