At University City Housing, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Porter/Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and grounds
  • Perform daily trash removal and recycling
  • Replace light bulbs and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed
  • Conduct bi-monthly inventory of supplies
  • Clean vacant apartments and keep them fresh and odorless
  • Assist in snow removal and other tasks as requested by management
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and machinery
